Authors are invited to submit their original research papers related to the scope of the 1st International Conference on Energy and Optimization Techniques (ICEOT 2027). Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to the prescribed conference paper format and submit the paper through the official online submission system. All submitted papers must present original and unpublished research work and must not have been simultaneously submitted to another conference, journal, or publication venue. Papers that have been previously published or are under consideration elsewhere may be rejected without review. Authors are encouraged to submit high-quality research papers addressing current challenges, emerging technologies, innovative methodologies, and practical applications in energy and optimization.

Plagiarism Policy

ICEOT 2027 follows a strict plagiarism and academic integrity policy, and all authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their submitted manuscripts. Authors are strongly advised to check their papers using recognized plagiarism-detection tools such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or equivalent software before submission. Papers with a similarity level below 15% will be considered for review, papers with similarity above 25% will be rejected, and papers with similarity between 15% and 25% may be returned to authors for necessary revisions before further consideration. For similarity assessment, the conference may exclude the title, author information, affiliations, institutional addresses, email addresses, references, and author biographies, where applicable. Authors are expected to maintain high standards of originality and academic integrity throughout the submission process.

Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo an academic peer-review process after an initial technical and formatting check. Manuscripts meeting the minimum submission requirements will be evaluated by reviewers based on originality, technical quality, relevance, methodology, results, clarity, and overall contribution. Based on the review outcomes, a paper may be accepted, accepted subject to revisions, returned for modification and further review, or rejected.
